Easy to use interface. I've used this service in the past, and they've come through once more. I'm only giving 4 stars because one issue was never responded to. One order of many prior orders was incomplete. I paid $75USD for a box of candy and flowers, but my wife only received the candy. I gave up asking for assistance, but never found another service to accommodate me when I am in the USA. Severely disappointment with that.

Voc se redimiu. Um arranjo de flores deslumbrante entregue minha esposa esta manh. Estou nos EUA trabalhando, a 8.000 quilmetros de casa. H um ms, encomendei flores e uma caixa de chocolates para o aniversrio do meu filho. As flores para minha esposa e os chocolates eram para meu filho. Minha esposa nunca recebia flores e tinha que pegar os chocolates no correio. No era uma caixa de chocolates de US$ 80. Ainda estou esperando algum entrar em contato comigo para tirar o gosto ruim da minha boca. As flores desta vez foram excepcionalmente bonitas.

Paid for flowers to be sent to Brazil, they were delivered on time but they werent the right flowers, the package said it included sunflowers ( The recipients favourite flower ) and they didnt include them at all. Disappointing but still a good service.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time... but not a 5 star because the picture shown had a vase, and there was no vase included upon delivery. I should have read the small print, and I only realized this when I went back to see why there was no vase, so my own fault. There were other pictures of many flower bouquets with no vase, so I chose the one that was pictured with a vase (assuming wrongly that it would include a vase) I learned a lesson, so don't make my same mistake :)

Overall, this company has been nothing but the worst. Not accustomed to sending things internationally and getting the address wrong, they provided a 40% credit on a future purchase. My mom loved the flowers and I was happy but I wish the color scheme was similar to the ones displayed on the website. I got white lilies and bright pink roses which was ok, but I was expecting more delicate flowers for the price I paid. They do warn you that they can’t guarantee the same colors though. Overall it was a good experience.

The first time I ordered, the flowers were not delivered. I did receive an email on the day they were to be delivered telling me that they had no florists in the area that I wanted them to deliver to and had my money refunded. A few days later I ordered again but to a different area (my girlfriend moves around a lot) and it was at this time they delivered the most beautiful bouquet of roses I've ever seen. My girlfriend was very happy. A bit expensive but worth it in the end.

Due to unavailibility of the certain type of flowers, and outside the control of Floresweb, they were unable to deliver my exact order. Although they delivered flowers rather than not, I was not happy at the time. However, Vivian from Floresweb and the web team at Direct2 florist, carried out excellent communication to rectify this. I must express my sincere thanks and appreciation particularly to Vivian Hayes of Flores web who ensured that the exact order of PINK ROSES was delivered to my girlfriend along with a luxury box of truffles, at no cost to me. My girlfriend was very excited with this and her exact words were 'AMAZING'. This is what excellent customer service is all about.
